These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the websites, platforms, and services operated under intheeu.com and its subdomains. Services are provided by WIDE di D. Papa, Sant'Antimo (NA), Italy, operating under licence from ae Aeonian Engineering Limited, Hong Kong (collectively, "InTheEU", "we", "us").
By accessing or using any InTheEU service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
InTheEU provides compliance platforms and cryptographic identity infrastructure for regulated industries. Services include, without limitation:
Services are provided on a subscription basis or under separate commercial agreements. Pilot access is subject to additional terms communicated at registration.
You may use InTheEU services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
Pilot access is provided for a defined evaluation period at no charge or at a reduced rate. Pilot access is limited to regulated sectors and subject to availability. We reserve the right to terminate pilot access at our discretion. Data generated during a pilot period is subject to the same privacy and security standards as production data.
All software, architecture, documentation, and content provided through InTheEU services is the exclusive property of ae Aeonian Engineering Limited and WIDE di D. Papa, protected under applicable intellectual property law. No licence to use, copy, or distribute any component of our services is granted beyond what is expressly stated in your subscription or commercial agreement.
The Identity Suite architecture, including cryptographic primitives, delegation chain design, and split-knowledge key derivation mechanisms, constitutes confidential trade secret material. Reverse engineering or unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in your service agreement. Compliance tools are provided to assist with regulatory obligations but do not constitute legal, tax, or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your operations comply with applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InTheEU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence within the EU.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email with at least 30 days notice.
